Chinese judiciary is interested in the European Rechtspfleger

On 5 July 2010 the President of the European Union of Rechtspfleger welcomed in Munich a group of 25 representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. The participants are department directors and deputy department heads from all provinces of China.

In a report of two hours with a following discussion, the guests were informed about the European Rechtspfleger. During the discussion it became clear that the institute of Rechtspfleger may be used also in China in some areas of the judiciary. The President of the E.U.R. gave the recommendation to think about the introduction of the Rechtspfleger in China and presented the Green Paper.
