Manila Harder was born on February 11th 1984 in Cottbus, Germany. She grew up in a little town near Mannheim and Heidelberg. After the Abitur and passing the diploma of Rechtspflege at the Fachhochschule Schwetzingen she had been working as a Rechtspfleger at the Register Court in Frankfurt/Main from 2007 to 2010. There she has also been an instructor for the young Rechtspfleger a member of the Hessian examination office for Rechtspfleger examination.

She has been working in the personnel administration of the Federal Patent Court in Munich from Mai 2010 to November 2010. Now she is working as a Rechtspfleger at the prosecution office Traunstein since December 2010.
