Thomas Kappl President
Thomas Kappl was born on 13th of February 1953 in Bayreuth, Germany. After passing the high school and the examination for Diplom-Rechtspfleger he was working as a Rechtspfleger at the Local court in Munich (court of the first instance) from 1977 to 1981. On the 1st of December 1981 he changed to the Federal Patent Court in Munich. Kappl war the Secretary General of the Union of German Rechtspfleger from 1986 to 1997. Since 1995 he is the President of Association for Rechtspfleger of the Federal Justice.
Adelheid Heil General Secretary
Adelheid Hell was born on 16th of November 1950 in Bad Reichenhall; after taking the Rechtspfleger Diploma in the year 1977, she worked at the Local court and at the Labour Court of Rosenheim. Afterwards, she worked for six years as the court manager of the Local Court in Ebersberg.
Since July 2006, she is acting as a Rechtspfleger at the Local Court of Rosenheim.
Harald Wilsch Treasurer
Harald Wilsch was born on 19th January 1969 in Munich, Germany. After taking the A-levels and taking the Rechtspfleger Diploma, he worked from 1992 till 2005 as a Rechtspfleger at the Land Registry of Munich, where he actually works as a Bezirksrevisor. He made some publications about the German land registry act, flat property, real estate value and cost law. Besides this, he is acting as the treasurer of the Munich section of the Bavarian Rechtspfleger association.
